A fully AI-generated casino ad for the DRC market — every frame, character, environment, music track, and line of dialogue produced without a single live-action shoot.

Brief

Casongo, a casino brand operating in the DRC, needed a TV and social ad that could capture the excitement of the casino world — but with no live-action production infrastructure available at the quality the brand required. The brief was simple and total: build the entire ad using AI.

The conceptual anchor was a portal. A young man steps through into a world of casino riches — chips, cards, gold, the roar of the crowd — plays, wins, and steps back out transformed. The challenge was making that concept feel cinematic and consistent across a complete spot.

What We Built

Character consistency across multiple scenes required solving at the pipeline level. Face, wardrobe, and physicality were locked across generated frames through layered prompt engineering and iterative style development. A distinct visual language was workshopped over multiple rounds: high-contrast, comic-book-inflected frames with deep casino reds and golds — aspirational, not generic.

Music and dialogue were fully generated: a custom score built for a driving, high-energy feel — and voiced dialogue cut into the edit. Real footage was woven into the AI-generated sequences to add grounding and motion variety. The portal device structured the narrative — entry, immersion, exit — so the spot tells a story rather than cycling through casino highlights.

The finished ad runs across digital and broadcast placements in the DRC market.

Outcome

Delivered a character-consistent, visually branded 60-second spot with original AI-generated music and dialogue. The portal concept gave the narrative clear structure — entry, immersion, exit — making it hold together as a story rather than a highlight reel.
